Ray Baker is a relationship management specialist, business performance consultant, and motivational speaker, who empower people in business and personally through performance improvement strategies.  His keynotes are thought provoking and usually involve humor coupled with simple relationship building principles.  Along with keynote speaking, Ray Baker offers specifically tailored sales and management training and business performance consulting that is guaranteed to improve your performance!  

 

Ray Baker’s extensive experience in performance coaching allows him to reach audiences of diverse backgrounds.  Having graduated with a degree in business management, mastered in psychology, and worked at the senior management level, Ray Baker understands what it takes to motivate various types of individuals to perform at high levels.  This also allows him to teach valuable relationship building skills that will resonate throughout an organization and naturally flow towards customers or prospects.

 

Ray Baker has worked at several financial institutions as high as the Senior Vice President level.  He has managed up numerous sales associates.  He has grown a depository base from 0 to $400 million and helped establish or manage multiple counties of banking locations.  He has been named manager of the year, received an outstanding leadership award, and honored with a Rising Star award.  Ray Baker has worked in the banking industry for 18 years, where he specializes in business strategy and organizational performance.  He has been responsible for hiring, training, and developing sales associates. Ray Baker has been the keynote speaker at several grand opening receptions, appeared in magazines, and has been the subject of articles written about team performance.

 

Ray Baker is currently the President of a non-profit organization, EBT Community Outreach, where he has served in this capacity for the last 12 years.
